It's all about land and sugar. For the balanced and uncommon Agrarian Reform and the role of INRA led by Nunez Jimenez see p. 1215-1233. Critic: (1) we miss some attention for the Congo and Lumumba in this book; (2) nothing on health care ? HT (°UK, 1931) is a British historian.
