Lost in Time

Yalçın Varnalı was born in Adapazarı in 1966, now lives in İstanbul, Turkey. Being focused on long exposure seascapes and landscapes, he tries to find simple, almost minimalist compositions.
“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication,” said Leonardo da Vinci.

Comment: what strikes me is the absence of men in Varnali's photographic work. In total contrast with the images of Ara Güler, the famous Armenian artist.
