Ex-JPMorgan Chase lawyer Alayne Fleischmann tells what really happened at the bank
The marketing of toxic mortgage investments like those that contributed to the national financial crisis of 2008, was not accidental, Fleischmann states in an interview with Huffpost Live (20141107). Fleischmann is the 9 billion $ wistleblower in this affair and so far a secret witness.

Attorney General Eric Holder said in May 2014 that no company that breaks the law should be considered too large or too profitable to be immune from criminal prosecution. But Holder also said prosecutors should coordinate with regulators to avoid damaging the economy when major financial institutions are hit with criminal charges.

Fleischmann considered that, since there was a settlement with JP, she had to come out with the truth.

President Obama nominated Loretta Lynch, the current United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, to succeed Holder as the next Attorney General of the United States on November 8, 2014. The Senate has to confirm her appointment.
