Deze XXIVste conferentie ging door te Rome.

La Contribution financière des indigènes aux dépenses d'organisation et d'administration des Colonies.

In 1937 bestond er een belastingsvork van 2 tot 75 frank.

In 1914 was de vork 5 tot 12 goudfrank.

De belasting verminderde dus in de tijd.
